Most respectfully, I beg to state that I am a regular student of standard IV of your reputed institution, BIAM Laboratory School. My father is a government employee. Recently he has been transferred from Dhaka to Khulna. Our residence is going to be shifted there very soon. So, I regret to inform you that it is not possible for me to continue my studies at your school.

In the circumstances, I hope that you would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate at the earliest to enable me to join there in my new school. I shall feel highly obliged for this act of your kind favor.

Sir,

I, on behalf of the students of standard IV of your school, beg to state that we wish to go to a study tour to ‘Jufflong’. We feel that mere reading of books cannot make our knowledge complete unless we see the things with our own eyes. Study tour is not only interesting but also instructive. It widens our knowledge of history and tradition. It also broadens our outlook. Moreover, monotonous classes make our life dull and boring. The tour would relive us from this monotony of our routine life. Two of our teachers have agreed to guide us during the tour.

We, therefore, would request you to kindly arrange this great tour to visit such an attractive places and oblige thereby.

Sir,

We, the students of your school, beg to draw your kind attention to the following fact that the number of students of our school has increased considerable this year. But we have no particular place for enjoyment. Besides our class room is not spacious and well furnished. It does not provide much scope of enjoyment and entertainment. We cannot enjoy our off-period for want of indoor sports materials such as carom, chess, table tennis etc. we have no computer facilities. So, we are deprived of all these things. We immediately need a specific room to play indoor games in our school.

Under the above circumstances, we hope that you would be kind enough to arrange a room for our pleasure and oblige thereby.
